This Year We’re Gonna Party Like It’s 2015 A.D. *(Nothing Against 2015 B.C., Y’all)*

Here we are, three weeks into the new year, another year of growing into the dignity of human existence as exemplified in Jesus Christ, the blueprint for authentic humanity and prototype of this new way of being! I’m at work on another essay for Mockingbird which hopefully will see the light of day soon, and exploring possibilities for seminary. I’ve been sufficiently persuaded I need to take that seriously and cultivate more disciplined thought with the help of godly mentors, so… Here goes nothin’, I reckon. As usual, things are simultaneously complex and yet absurdly better than I merit them to be, so I look forward to the fresh glimpses of new vistas (and fresh glimpses of old ones) 2015 promises. Stay tuned!
